About this site

This is Maré Digital's institutional site, a digital agency offering website, app, design, and marketing services.

The six product concepts shown on the home page (institutional site, e-commerce, mobile app, dashboard, AI assistant, and coastal-hospitality brand) are original demonstrations of technical and creative capability, labeled "Concept". They are not deliverables for real clients, nor do they represent promised or guaranteed results.

The contact form doesn't form a contract

Filling out and submitting this site's contact form is an expression of interest, not an offer or a contractual acceptance. Submitting it, by itself, creates no obligation of service provision between you and Maré Digital.

Any actual service engagement is always governed by a separate proposal and/or contract, negotiated and formalized between the parties, with its own scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables.

Acceptable use

By using this site, you agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or bulk-extract the site's content through automated means
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the site
• Use Maré Digital's brand, logo, or visual identity without authorization
• Submit unlawful, offensive, or rights-infringing content through the contact form or any other channel on the site
• Attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with the site's security or normal operation

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, described methodologies, visual identity, logo, design system, source code, and the design of the concept demonstrations) belongs to Maré Digital or is used under license, and is protected under Brazil's Copyright Law (Lei No. 9,610/1998) and, for code, the Software Law (Lei No. 9,609/1998). This protection is automatic, regardless of registration.

Viewing this site or its concept demonstrations grants you no license to use, copy, reproduce, or distribute that content.

This site's content, including the concept demonstrations, is provided "as is," with no warranty of accuracy, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We don't guarantee the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free.

This disclaimer doesn't exclude liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor rights that can't be limited by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. For business-to-business relationships, the courts of Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil, are elected to settle any disputes, waiving any other, however privileged.

Should a consumer relationship be characterized, the consumer's home jurisdiction prevails, under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code.

General provisions

If any clause of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in full force.
